Last July on the Saturday after the fourth of July I went to Connecticut and one of the trucks I filmed was this one. I went over to Manchester in hopes of finding one of AAW's Bridgeport Ranger ASLs but ended up finding this Automizer finishing up a trash route. Thanks to the Driver for letting me film.

Last year on the Friday after Thanksgiving I went up to NH to see what I could find, my first stop was in Nashua where I found this pretty new CNG Mack LR McNeilus M/A. Bay State was bought out a few years ago by WIN Waste Innovations and they scrapped pretty much every single rolloff they had except for the few new Granites they had just got. Too bad this company just deletes all of its negative reviews and treats customers like absolute trash. Don’t bother trying to speak to a manager, because you’ll just get Mike, the dispatcher. Mike is a lovely guy whose favorite thing to do on a phone call is belittle the customers when they attempt to put in a formal complaint (or just speak with the manager). The customer service at this company is a disgrace, loaded with misogyny and toxic masculinity. Mike has really set the image for Arrow! Women please be cautious of this unacceptable behavior and tell your men to do business elsewhere, as I have with my Uncle who no longer uses Arrow for his business after many long years.
